Airlines, hotels and destinations are offering special packages for twosomes to luxuriate in couple time. And the best news, for the Valentine’s Day confused, is that many of these deals extend beyond February 14.

For Valentine’s Day, Tropicana Los Cabos is offering special luxury room packages and couples activities. The hotel is hosting an intimate four-course dinner on February 14 and 15 under the stars, including a special cocktail and live music.

Other couples activities include a yoga class for two followed by breakfast with some dining credit at Tropicana Cocina de las Californias. A romantic brunch on February 16 at Tropicana Cocina de las Californias features a seasonal menu. The couples’ massage, a 30-minute spa service for two, with sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries is not just for Valentine’s Day. It is available throughout February.
Also available beyond Valentine’s Day is the Tropicana’s Nature Escape Package. The package boasts a premium 3-night stay for two, a whale-watching tour via catamaran with local tour operator Cabo Adventures, roundtrip airport transfers, and daily breakfast at El Patio Restaurant.
The whale-watching expedition explores the Bay of Cabo San Lucas, the famous Cabo Arch, the golden sands of Lover’s Beach, and the majestic humpback whales that frequent the Sea of Cortez. While you may not need to use the hidden underground celebrity drop-off, the hotel will be offering a delightfully decadent love feast.

Avianca Delivers Flowers from Colombia and Ecuador
Did you ever wonder how all those flowers magically arrive in florists before February 14? This year the answer is Avianca Cargo. The Latin American airline just announced the closing of a new Valentine's Day season, with 18,000 tons of flowers transported to the United States.
Avianca operated some 300 cargo flights transporting flowers from Colombia and Ecuador to North America during the Valentine’s Day season, which for the first time made it the number one air carrier in flower transportation to Los Angeles.
